Description

Universeal Rapid All-in-1 is a premium low-odour solvent-based stone impregnator and stain protection sealer designed for fast, efficient surface protection.

This rapid-drying formula provides excellent resistance against oil and water-based stains while allowing immediate application to damp stone and grout after installation — saving valuable time on projects.

Suitable for both internal and external use.

Directions for Use

1. Ensure the surface is clean and free from debris.

2. Apply an even coat using a solvent-resistant sprayer, lint-free cloth or brush.

3. Wipe evenly to distribute and remove excess after 15–20 minutes.

4. Apply a second coat after 30–45 minutes if required.

5. Remove any remaining surface residue with a dry lint-free cloth.

6. Allow up to 24 hours for full cure before exposure to water or oil.

Important Application Notes

• Mask and protect surrounding surfaces before application.

• Always carry out a test patch before full use.

• Stain testing is recommended when sealing coloured grout.

• Avoid water or oil exposure until fully cured.

Maintenance

Clean treated surfaces with a pH-neutral cleaner such as Universeal Easy Clean.

Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaning products.

Up to 20 years protection, depending on surface type, traffic and maintenance.

Stain Protection Notice

Sealing improves stain resistance but does not guarantee complete stain prevention. Prompt cleaning of spills is always recommended.

IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/shower.

IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing.

IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical advice.

IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting.

Read label before use. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing. Avoid contact during pregnancy.

Wash hands or skin which has come into contact with the product thoroughly after handling. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product.

Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. Use personal protective equipment as required. In case of inadequate ventilation, wear respiratory protection. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice.
