Professional Colour Enhancer for Outdoor Stone
Universeal Colour-Plus is a high-performance solvent-based colour enhancing impregnator designed to deepen, enrich and protect natural stone surfaces.
This advanced penetrating sealer enhances the natural tones and textures of stone while delivering strong protection against staining and heavy soiling. Suitable for patios, pathways, masonry surfaces and grout pointing.
NOT RECOMMENDED FOR NON-POROUS OR GLAZED SURFACES.

Important Colour Guidance
Results will vary depending on the colour, texture and condition of the stone.
More noticeable enhancement on mid-tone and darker stones
Limited enhancement on light or neutral stones
Will not significantly enhance very light grey sandstones such as Kandla Grey
Always complete a small test patch before full application.
Usage Guidelines
Coverage: Up to 25m² per litre per coat
Drying Time: 45–60 minutes
Applications: 1–3 coats
Application Method: Sprayer / Brush / Sponge
Dilution: Undiluted
Directions for Use
Ensure the surface is completely clean and dry.
Apply an even coat using a low-pressure sprayer, brush or sponge.
Do not use a roller.
After 20–30 minutes, completely remove any excess sealer from the surface.
Apply a second coat after 45–60 minutes if required.
All product must be absorbed into the stone within 20–30 minutes. Any excess left on the surface must be wiped away to avoid sticky or shiny patches.
Keep the surface completely dry for a minimum of 24 hours after application (longer where possible).
Grouting Guidance
It is strongly recommended that at least one coat is applied before grouting, particularly when using coloured grout. Once dry, complete a stain test before proceeding.
Expected Wear
Under typical conditions, the impregnating effect can last up to 5 years before reapplication is required. Longevity depends on surface preparation, application and maintenance.
Stain Protection Disclaimer
Sealing stone does not guarantee complete stain prevention. However, when applied correctly, Colour-Plus significantly improves resistance to staining while enhancing the stone’s natural appearance.
