Description
Universeal Ultimate Stone Sealer H2O is a premium-grade water-based impregnating sealer designed to provide long-lasting protection for natural stone and masonry surfaces.
This advanced penetrating formula soaks deep into the substrate to create powerful protection against oil and water-based staining while maintaining the natural appearance of the surface.
Suitable for both internal and external use, this professional stone sealer is ideal for protecting porous textured stone and masonry in residential and commercial environments.
Not recommended for highly polished, ceramic, glazed or non-porous surfaces.

Directions for Use
Ensure the surface is completely clean, dry and free from debris.
Apply generously and evenly using a low-pressure sprayer, paint pad, natural fibre brush or sponge.
Remove any excess sealer from the surface with a dry cloth after 20–30 minutes.
Apply a second coat after 45–60 minutes if required.
Allow at least 24 hours for full cure and protection. During this time keep the surface dry and free from oil contamination.
Please Note
Mask surrounding areas before application.
When using coloured grouts, complete a stain test before full application.
Always test in an inconspicuous area first.
Maintenance
Clean treated surfaces using Universeal Easy Clean.
Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners as they may affect the protective treatment.

Up to 30m² per litre per coat (depending on surface porosity).

Storage
Shelf life 12 months unopened when stored at room temperature.
Use within 3 months once opened.
