Delivery
Free UK delivery on orders over £75. For orders under £75, the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
We aim to despatch all orders within 1 to 2 working days. Orders are sent by Royal Mail, and delivery within the UK usually takes 2 to 4 working days. Delivery times can vary depending on your location and the courier.
While we always aim to meet these times, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by the courier or by circumstances outside our control.
Damaged deliveries. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will put it right quickly.
Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your order.
If you change your mind, you can cancel your order by telling us within 14 days of the day you receive it. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. To start a return, email us at enquiries@naturalstonecleaning.co.uk with your order number.
Items should be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. For safety reasons, cleaning and sealing products that have been opened or used cannot be accepted back unless they are faulty.
You are responsible for the cost of returning an item, unless it is faulty or we sent you the wrong item.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we will let you know, and refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. If you cancel your whole order, we will also refund the standard delivery charge you paid.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, and cover the cost of the return. This does not affect your statutory rights.
