Description
Universeal Stain Guard Matt Stone is a solvent-based natural stone impregnating sealer that penetrates deep into the surface to provide long-lasting protection against oil and water-based stains while maintaining a natural matt appearance.
Designed for both internal and external use, this professional-grade sealer is suitable for a wide range of porous natural stone and masonry surfaces, delivering durable stain resistance without changing the natural look of the material.

Directions for Use
Ensure the surface is completely clean, dry and free from debris.
Apply generously using a low-pressure sprayer, paint pad, brush or sponge (do not use a roller).
Allow the product to penetrate and remove any excess from the surface after 20–30 minutes.
Apply a second coat after 45–60 minutes if required.
Allow at least 24 hours curing time before exposing the surface to water or oil.
Please Note
Protect surrounding areas with masking materials.
When using coloured grouts, a stain test is strongly recommended before application.
Always test on a small inconspicuous area before full use.
Expected Wear
Protection can last up to 20 years, depending on surface type, wear and maintenance.
Maintenance
Clean treated surfaces using a pH-neutral cleaner such as Universeal Easy Clean.
Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaning products.

Coverage depends on surface porosity. Always check the surface after application to confirm full protection.
Stain Protection
Sealing improves resistance to staining and contamination but does not guarantee complete stain prevention.
