Description
Universeal Slate Sealer is a water-based satin finish protective top coat that creates a durable, crystal-clear surface coating while enhancing the natural appearance of slate.
Designed for both internal and external use, this hard-wearing sealer provides long-lasting protection against oil and water-based stains while delivering an attractive satin finish that intensifies natural stone colour and texture.
Suitable for slate and other textured natural stone surfaces.
Not recommended for highly polished stone or glazed ceramic surfaces.

Directions for Use
Ensure the surface is completely clean, dry and free from debris.
Apply thinly and evenly using a microfibre mop, brush or soft cloth (low-pressure sprayer optional).
Avoid puddling or heavy application.
Allow 45–60 minutes drying time between coats.
Apply additional coats if required, working in alternate directions for even coverage.
Application Conditions
Surface temperature must be between 5°C and 25°C
Switch off underfloor heating before application
Light foot traffic after 45–60 minutes
Full cure approx 48 hours
Avoid cleaning or spillages during curing period
Please Note
Protect surrounding areas with masking materials.
Always test in a small inconspicuous area before full application.
Maintenance
Clean treated surfaces using a pH-neutral cleaner such as Universeal Easy Clean.
Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaning products.

Shelf life 12 months unopened when stored at room temperature.
Use within 3 months of opening.
