Universeal No More Black Spot is a powerful professional-grade outdoor cleaner designed to eliminate stubborn black spot lichen, grey/white lichen and ingrained algae from patios, paving and masonry surfaces.
Unlike pressure washing alone, this specialist formula breaks down lichen at its root, destroying spores and allowing residues to be safely washed away. It restores natural stone and paving to its original appearance — even when jet washing has failed.

Usage Guidelines
Dwell Time: Minimum 2 hours
Applications: 1–2 applications
Application Method: Sprayer / Watering Can / Brush
Dilution: Use Neat
Directions for Use
Wear appropriate PPE (gloves and eye protection as a minimum).
Remove loose debris and pre-wet the surface with clean water.
Apply No More Black Spot generously neat using a sprayer or watering can.
Allow to dwell for at least 2 hours.
- Surface must remain moist during dwell time.
- In hot conditions, lightly mist to prevent drying.
Once black spots turn white, the lichen has been destroyed.
Rinse with clean water to neutralise before pressure washing off residue.
For Severe Contamination:
Leave overnight and pressure wash the following day.
PRO-TIP
When black spots turn white, the lichen has been neutralised and is ready to be removed.
If spots remain black, extend dwell time or reapply.
Important Notes
Contains a chlorine-based active ingredient.
May stain fabrics and sensitive materials.
Avoid contact with tarmac and vegetation.
Pre-soak grass and rinse thoroughly if runoff occurs.
May slightly lighten some surfaces — always complete a test patch first.
