New Clean 60 Patio Cleaner is a high-performance outdoor cleaning solution designed to remove stubborn organic growth including black spot, lichen, algae, slime and ingrained dirt from external paving surfaces. After cleaning, we recommend protecting your patio with a suitable sandstone or porcelain sealer for longer-lasting results.

With the correct dilution and dwell time, visible results are typically seen within 60 minutes.
Why We Recommend It
From our experience working on exterior stone surfaces, this type of treatment is highly effective on patios affected by winter grime and biological growth. When used correctly and allowed sufficient dwell time, it breaks down organic contamination prior to rinsing or pressure washing.
Usage Guidelines
Dilution: 1:1 with clean water
Application Method: Pump sprayer, roller or brush
Dwell Time: Minimum 1 hour (longer for stubborn lichen)
Applications: 1–2 treatments depending on contamination
For heavy black or white lichen spotting, extended dwell times (2–4 hours or longer) may be required. Always test a small area first.
Directions for Use
Remove loose debris from the area before application.
Dilute 1:1 with clean water.
Apply generously using a suitable sprayer or brush.
Do not allow the surface to dry during dwell time.
After sufficient dwell time, rinse thoroughly with clean water before pressure washing if required.
Take care to minimise runoff onto lawns and planting. If contact occurs, dilute immediately with plenty of clean water.
Coverage
Up to 50m² per 5L container when diluted 1:1.
