A water-based gloss finish top coat that creates a durable crystal-clear shine while enhancing natural colour. Suitable for internal and external use on slate, terracotta, quarry tiles and other textured stone surfaces.
Description
Universeal Gloss & Seal is a water-based high gloss top coat protective sealer that creates a durable, crystal-clear finish while enhancing the natural colour and appearance of stone and masonry surfaces.
Designed for internal and external use, this easy-to-apply sealer forms a protective surface layer that improves stain resistance, smooths rough textures and makes surfaces easier to clean.
Suitable for slate, terracotta, quarry tiles, Victorian tiles, brick pavers, sandstone and many other textured or absorbent stone and masonry surfaces.
Not recommended for highly polished stone, glazed ceramic surfaces or high-traffic commercial areas.

Internal and external use
Directions for Use
Ensure the surface is completely clean, dry and free from debris.
Apply thinly and evenly using a microfibre mop, brush, cloth or low-pressure sprayer.
Avoid puddling or heavy application.
Allow 45–60 minutes drying time between coats.
Apply additional coats if required, working in alternate directions for even coverage.
Please Note
Protect surrounding areas with masking materials.
When sealing areas with coloured grout, complete a stain test first.
Not suitable for commercial traffic or high-volume footfall areas.
Always test in a small inconspicuous area before full application.
Maintenance
Clean treated surfaces with a pH-neutral cleaner such as Universeal Easy Clean.
Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaning products.

Up to 25m² per litre per coat
Coverage varies depending on surface texture and porosity.
Stain Protection
Sealing improves stain resistance but does not guarantee complete stain prevention.

Storage Information
Shelf life 12 months unopened when stored at room temperature.
Use within 3 months of opening.
