Universeal Tar-Seal is a professional-grade acrylic resin tarmac restorer designed to renew and protect worn asphalt driveways and pathways.

More than just a surface paint, Tar-Seal contains advanced acrylic resins that penetrate and bond to the surface, helping to replace lost resins while restoring the deep black appearance and flexibility of aged tarmac.
It revitalises dull, grey and weathered driveways — delivering a fresh, uniform finish without the cost of resurfacing.

Usage Guidelines
Coverage: 2–5m² per litre per coat
Drying Time: 1–2 hours
Applications: Minimum 2 coats
Application Method: Roller / Brush
Dilution: Undiluted
Preparation
Sweep away all loose stones and debris.
For best results, power wash prior to sealing.
If algae or moss is present, pre-treat with a suitable cleaner (e.g. an algae remover) 4–5 days before sealing.
Surface must be completely clean and fully dry before application.
Directions for Use
Apply Tar-Seal generously and evenly using a high-quality roller or brush.
Allow 1–2 hours drying time.
Apply a second coat in the opposite direction for even coverage.
Allow a minimum of 3–4 hours before light use.
Ideally leave overnight before driving or parking vehicles on the surface.
Please Note
Do not apply if rain is forecast within 3 hours.
Always test in an inconspicuous area prior to full application.
Extremely porous or heavily worn areas may require additional product.

Coverage will vary depending on surface condition and porosity.
Performance & Protection
Tar-Seal enhances the appearance and improves resistance to weathering and surface wear. While it significantly improves durability, sealing does not guarantee complete stain prevention.
