Self-Cleaning Water Repellent Sealer
Universeal Rain-Off is a professional-grade, water-based silicone silane resin emulsion designed to protect exterior masonry and mineral surfaces from water penetration and staining.
Suitable for residential and commercial façades, this advanced formula significantly reduces capillary water absorption while remaining fully breathable. It does not clog pores or trap moisture, allowing substrates to transfer vapour naturally.
Rain-Off creates a powerful hydrophobic barrier that helps surfaces resist rainwater, reducing organic soiling, efflorescence (salt bloom), moss and algae growth.

Coverage: Up to 10m² per litre per coat
Drying Time: 45–60 minutes
Applications: 2 coats (wet on wet)

Dilution: Undiluted
Directions for Use
Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from loose contamination before application.
Apply generously to full saturation using a low-pressure sprayer, brush or mop (do not use a roller).
Apply two coats “wet on wet” to ensure complete penetration and coverage.
If rain is forecast within 6 hours, delay application.
The treated surface must remain dry for at least 6 hours after application.
Always carry out a test patch prior to full treatment.
How It Works
Rain-Off penetrates deeply into absorbent mineral substrates and chemically bonds within the pore structure. This creates a hydrophobic barrier that causes water to bead and run off the surface rather than soak in.
Because the product does not form a surface film, it maintains the natural appearance of brick, render and stone while protecting against long-term moisture damage.

Sealing does not guarantee complete stain prevention. However, when applied correctly, Rain-Off significantly reduces water ingress and organic soiling, improving durability and reducing maintenance.
