Professional Brick & Masonry Water Repellent Sealer
Brick-Seal is a high-performance water-based siliconate resin treatment designed to protect brickwork, render and masonry from water penetration and damp issues.
This advanced breathable formula significantly reduces capillary water absorption while allowing the substrate to retain its natural vapour transmission. It protects against rain penetration without sealing the surface completely.

Usage Guidelines
Coverage: 5–10m² per litre per coat
Drying Time: 45–60 minutes
Applications: 2 coats (wet-on-wet)
Application Method: Low-pressure sprayer, mop or brush
Dilution: Use undiluted
Directions for Use
Always complete a test patch before full application.
Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from contaminants.
Apply using a low-pressure sprayer, brush or mop.
Apply two coats “wet on wet” to full saturation.
Do not dilute.
Keep treated areas dry for at least 6 hours after application.
Allow 24 hours curing for optimal performance.
If rain is forecast, postpone application.
Important Notes
Always wear appropriate PPE during application.
Avoid overspray onto unwanted surfaces.
Rinse spills immediately with clean water to prevent white staining.
If white spots appear, rinse immediately before drying.
Protect surfaces not being treated with masking materials.
Maintenance
Clean treated surfaces using a suitable non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid harsh or aggressive cleaning products.
Coverage
5–10m² per litre per coat.
Coverage will vary depending on porosity and substrate condition.
Storage
Shelf life: 12 months unopened.
Once opened, use within 3 months.
