Professional Black Limestone Colour Enhancer & Sealer
Enhance & Restore is a high-performance impregnating sealer designed to dramatically revive faded black limestone and deepen the natural colour of porous stone surfaces.
This advanced solvent-based colour enhancer penetrates deep into the stone, restoring lost richness while protecting against staining, water ingress and general outdoor contamination. Ideal for black limestone that has faded to grey over time.

Most porous limestone surfaces
Not suitable for non-porous or glazed surfaces.

Application Guidelines
Coverage: Up to 40m² per litre per coat
Drying Time: 45–60 minutes between coats
Coats: 1–2 thin coats
Application: Sponge, sprayer or brush
Dilution: Use undiluted
Universeal Enhance & Restore Limestone Sealer (before & after effect)
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Always carry out a small test patch in an inconspicuous area before full application.
Ensure the surface is completely clean and dry.
Apply a thin, even coat using a sprayer, paint pad, natural fibre brush or sponge.
Remove any excess sealer within 20–30 minutes to avoid patchiness.
If using a sprayer, evenly distribute with a sponge or soft brush and remove excess within 15–20 minutes.
Apply a second thin coat after 45–60 minutes if required.
Keep the surface completely dry during curing (up to 72 hours).
The final finish will be matt (non-gloss) with visibly enhanced colour.
Important Notes
Application temperature range: 5°C – 20°C
Do not overapply — remove all excess product
Best results achieved on darker stones
Will not significantly enhance light grey sandstones such as Kandla Grey
Always complete a test patch before full application
Expected Wear
Under typical conditions, colour enhancement and protection can last up to 5 years. Longevity depends on correct application, surface preparation, foot traffic and maintenance.
Stain Protection
Sealing improves stain resistance and makes maintenance easier, but does not guarantee complete stain prevention. Clean spills promptly for best results.
