Innovative Solvent-Based Stone Impregnator
Universeal One-Coat NanoSeal is a premium solvent-based impregnating sealer designed to deliver exceptional stain protection in a single application on dense and porous natural stone.
Formulated with advanced Micromesh™ technology, this high-performance sealer penetrates deep into the stone surface to protect against water, oil and dirt staining without altering the natural appearance.

Usage Guidelines
Coverage: Up to 15m² per litre per coat
Drying Time: 15–20 minutes
Applications: 1 coat (2 coats may be required on very porous surfaces)
Application Method: Sprayer / Brush / Sponge
Dilution: Undiluted
Directions for Use
Ensure the surface is completely clean and fully dry before application.
Apply generously to saturation using a low-pressure sprayer, brush, sponge or paint pad.
Allow the product to remain wet on the surface for at least 5 minutes.
After 15–20 minutes, thoroughly wipe away any excess sealer with an absorbent cloth.
Do not allow residue to dry on the surface.
If residue dries, remove using a cloth lightly dampened with the sealer.
Allow a minimum of 6 hours drying before grouting. Always complete a test area before full application, particularly when using coloured or polymer-modified grouts.
Important Notes
Apply in well-ventilated areas (solvent-based product).
Always carry out a test patch prior to use.
Protect areas not being treated.
Failure to apply to full saturation may result in reduced stain protection.
Expected Performance
Under typical conditions, the impregnating effect can last up to 10 years.
Longevity depends on correct application, surface preparation and maintenance.

Please note that sealing stone does not guarantee complete stain prevention. However, when applied correctly, NanoSeal significantly improves resistance to water and oil-based staining while maintaining the stone’s natural appearance.
