Innovative Water-Based Stone Impregnator
One-Coat MicroSeal is a superior water-based impregnating sealer developed to provide maximum stain protection with minimal application effort.
Designed specifically for porous natural stone surfaces, this advanced formula penetrates deeply into the substrate without leaving a surface film. It preserves the stone’s natural colour and tonality while maintaining a matt, invisible finish.
Safe, low-odour and non-flammable, MicroSeal is an environmentally considerate alternative to solvent-based impregnators.

Usage Guidelines
Coverage: Up to 15m² per litre per coat
Drying Time: 20–30 minutes
Applications: 1–2 coats
Application Method: Sprayer / Brush / Sponge
Dilution: Undiluted
Directions for Use
Ensure the surface is completely clean and dry before application.
Shake well before use.
Apply generously until full saturation of the stone surface.
Allow the sealer to remain wet on the surface for at least 5 minutes.
Apply using a low-pressure sprayer, natural fibre brush, sponge or paint pad (do not use a roller).
After 20–30 minutes, remove any visible excess sealer by wiping the surface completely dry with an absorbent cloth.
If residue remains, wipe with a cloth lightly dampened with the sealer.
Allow a minimum of 8 hours drying time before grouting. Always perform a small stain test prior to using coloured or polymer-modified grout.
In rare cases with very porous stone, a second coat may be required.
Important Notes
Failure to apply to full saturation may result in inadequate stain protection.
Always carry out a small test patch before full application.
Areas not to be sealed must be protected with masking materials.
At least one coat is strongly recommended before grouting.
Expected Wear
Under typical conditions, the impregnating effect can last up to 10 years. Longevity depends on surface preparation, application method, foot traffic and ongoing maintenance.
Stain Protection Disclaimer
Sealing does not guarantee complete stain prevention. However, when correctly applied, MicroSeal significantly reduces liquid absorption and improves resistance to staining and soiling.
