Professional Efflorescence & Calcium Deposit Remover
Universeal Efflor-Treat is a powerful cleaning treatment designed to remove stubborn efflorescence, calcium build-up and salt deposits from masonry and acid-resistant natural stone surfaces.
This fast-acting formula penetrates mineral contamination, dissolving unsightly white deposits and restoring the clean appearance of brick, granite and other durable stone materials. It is particularly effective in environments exposed to high moisture or salt air.

How to Use
Wear appropriate PPE including gloves and eye protection.
Pre-dampen the contaminated surface with clean water.
Apply Efflor-Treat — neat or diluted up to 1:10 depending on severity.
Spread evenly using a sponge, brush or sprayer.
Allow to dwell for 10–15 minutes.
Agitate with a stiff brush if required.
Rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean water.
⚠ Do not allow the product to dry on the surface.
Repeat if necessary for heavy contamination.
Important Information
Not suitable for acid-sensitive surfaces such as:
- Limestone
- Marble
- Cement tiles
- Polished or finely honed stone
- Manufactured stone
Always test in a small inconspicuous area first.
Protect chrome, enamel, wood and other sensitive surfaces from splashes or vapours.
Acid-based cleaners may produce vapours that can affect nearby materials.
