Concrete Sealer is a high-performance, water-based protective coating designed to seal and enhance internal and external concrete surfaces.
Formulated to provide a durable satin sheen finish, it enhances the natural appearance of concrete while offering protection against water and oil-based staining.

Application Guidelines
Dilution: Ready to use (do not dilute)
Application Method: Sponge, brush, paint pad or sprayer (roller not recommended)
Coats Required: 2 thin, even coats
Coverage: Approx. 8–10m² per litre per coat
Drying Time: 60–90 minutes between coats
Application Notes
Surface must be completely clean and fully dry before application.
Apply thin, even coats — do not over-apply.
Distribute any pooling or puddling immediately.
Allow 2–3 hours before light foot traffic.
Application temperature range: 5°C – 20°C.
Drying times may extend in colder conditions.
Important Information
Do not over-apply, as excessive product can cause:
Stickiness
White patching
Blistering or flaking
Sealing improves stain resistance but does not make surfaces completely stain-proof. Ongoing maintenance is still required.
